Valentine's Day 2013!

This past Valentine's Day was on a Thursday, which meant that Drew and I had school very early the next morning so we did Valentine's Day at home this year!  It was a great way to celebrate the holiday and remember all the great memories we have together :)

So, we spent our night eating heart shaped pizza and watching RED, which was super funny and a great movie!  It has Morgan Freeman, so in Drew's opinion, it was destined to be good!

All in all it was a wonderful Valentine's Day!

Glowin' Golf!

I am finally updating this blog!! Drew and I have been so busy with school and work that I have had no time for blogging! But, here I am finally! :)

 So, a while back we went indoor-mini-glow-golfing with our great friends Steve and Kelly! 

This past semester was so busy that is was nice to be able to see them and spend some time with them!  They are in Texas now selling pest control and we miss them!

My 22nd Birthday Surprise!

So while Drew and I were down in Utah, we celebrated my birthday with my family because I wasn't going to see any of them on my actual birthday, or so I thought.  It was so fun!  They gave me a flamingo themed birthday party :P

Now it's war!!  My dad was fighting me like a five year old for the candy because my mom put 'his' rolo's into the piñata!

So as all of this was going on little did I know that Drew was a sneaky ninja!!  A couple days before my birthday I was lounging around my apartment waiting to go to class later in the day. And all the sudden, there is a knock on my door.  Who could it be?? So I look out the peep hole and see my mom!! Yay!! So exciting!  And then I open the door and my grandma pops out!!! Holy Cow!! Biggest surprise of my life!!  I found out later that Drew, my mom and grandma have been planning this for months!  I am so loved!! These guys really love me :)  Best birthday present ever!

We spent all Wednesday showing my grandma around campus and just having fun!  My grandmas birthday is in January as well, so it was a double celebration weekend!!  Then, Thursday was my birthday and I woke up to having the house decorated!  Drew is such a sweetie!

So later in the day we got pizza for dinner(my favorite!) and now it was truly time to celebrate!

The Home and Gun Expo!

So after New Year's Ever Drew and I had a couple days off so we went down to Utah to see my family and get out of Rexburg.  While we were there the Home and Gun Expo was in town, so of course the whole bunch packed in a couple cars and went down there!

New Years Eve 2013

This New Years Eve was a fun a relaxing night with my hubby!  

We started our night at Olive Garden for some dinner, but it was sort of crazy!  We waited for about 45 minutes to be seated because it was so busy, but the food was great so it was all worth it!

Then, we went home and got ready for our night in :)

We spent part of the night cleaning out our closet to give to D.I.

We decided to watch the movie New Year's Eve, it seemed fitting!

Merry Christmas!

This Christmas season has been amazing!  Drew and I have been so blessed with such wonderful family and friends in our lives and this holiday season reminds us how blessed we truly are!

I started off the season by making an 'Ugly Christmas Sweater'!  In one of my classes we decided to have an ugly Christmas sweater day and I searched EVERYWHERE!! I could find no ugly sweater at any thrift stores or the DI!! And I did not want to spend $30 to buy one from Old Navy, sooo I decided to make one :)

It ended up being an Ugly Christmas Vest!  I took one of Drew's vests and just winged it from there!  

I was pretty proud of myself!

This was our Christmas Card!! I love it!!

During this season I went down to visit my family (well mostly baby James!)  And we went to the Christmas lights display at Thanksgiving Point!  It was fun :)

Drew and I did Christmas Eve and Day in Rexburg by ourselves.  It was nice to have a relaxing morning and opening presents together!! These were our Christmas Eve pajamas!

A couple of days after Christmas Drew and I went down to Utah to visit my family and celebrate a mini-Christmas :)  We were only down there for less than 24 hours, but it was great to see everyone!
